[BOIR] Heads up!

Hey hey this email is outside of our normal weekly newsletter because I want to share that big changes are coming to the Black Owned in Rochester site this week. We will still be sharing businesses and what not. What we’re doing is updating the look and feel and how business listings are processed. This will help the site look more modern and be easier to use (for users and business owners).

I won’t be putting the coming soon page on the site because weird things can happen in the search engines and I don’t want to slow the traffic businesses are receiving from the site. It will however look like a construction site mid renovation! Some things will be new and some will be old then the big reveal and you’ll forget the way it used to look 👀

Business owners will need to claim their listing and go through the shorter more modern steps.

This is a big change and super scary too but at the same time very necessary.
